At Yaarana Stay & Café, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy ensures fairness while keeping our operations smooth for all guests.
Cancellation Policy:
• Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking amount.
• Late Cancellations: The booking amount is non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 7 days of check-in.
• No Show: No refund will be issued if a guest does not check in on the booking date without prior notice.
• Workation Package: Bookings made under any Workation Package are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation timeline.
Refund Policy:
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed & credited within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Any transaction charges or service fees deducted by payment gateways are non-refundable.
• In case of early check-out, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
Modifications & Rescheduling:
• Guests can modify their booking dates once (subject to availability) if the request is made at least 7 days before check-in.
• Date modifications within 7 days of check-in will be considered a cancellation and will follow the standard cancellation policy.
• Workation Package bookings cannot be modified or rescheduled.
Special Cases:
• If a booking is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, political unrest, or government restrictions), we will offer a credit note valid for future bookings instead of a monetary refund.
• In case of cancellations initiated by Yaarana Stay & Café due to operational reasons, a full refund will be provided.
