At Yaarana, we offer two unique stays designed to give you the best of both worlds heritage charm and modern comfort. Our original stay is a beautiful 50-year-old traditional Himachali wooden house, built entirely from deodar wood and standing strong for generations, it offers a chance to experience the warmth, history, and soul of the Himalayas.
This was the very first guest house in Vashisht, located just steps away from the famous natural hot springs. Long before tourism became popular, international travellers would come here and stay for months, making it their home in the mountains. Over the years, more than 20,000 travellers have stayed under this roof, each leaving behind a story.
As the Yaarana family grew, so did our dream. Alongside the heritage wooden house, we expanded with a neighbouring property that offers modern, comfortable rooms with all the essential amenities giving you the choice between timeless Himalayan charm and contemporary comfort, while enjoying the same Yaarana experience
