What temperature can we expect during the trip?
Ans: During the Magical Manali trip (April to December), you can expect a pleasant climate, with temperatures varying depending on the season.
April to June (Spring to Early Summer): The daytime temperatures range from 15°C to 25°C, while nighttime temperatures can drop to 5°C to 12°C. This period offers cool mornings and evenings, making it perfect for sightseeing and hikes.
July to September (Monsoon Season): The days are generally around 18°C to 23°C, and nights can be 8°C to 15°C. You may encounter occasional rainfall, so we recommend packing light waterproof clothing to stay dry while enjoying the lush green surroundings.

Notes as per Itinerary
Day 1 – Local Sightseeing in Manali:
Hadimba Temple: This is a popular spiritual site, so remember to dress modestly. It’s a peaceful place, so be respectful of the temple atmosphere.
Jogini Waterfall: The walk to the waterfall is a little steep, so wear comfortable shoes and be prepared for some moderate walking. You may also want to carry a small water bottle and some snacks for the journey.
Mall Road: It can get crowded, especially in the evenings. Make sure to stay close to the group and watch out for your belongings in busy areas.
Day 2 – Naggar, Jana Waterfall & Kullu:
Roerich Art Gallery & Museum: Keep in mind that the gallery has a relaxed vibe, so take your time exploring, but also respect the space as it’s a quiet place of learning.
Jana Waterfall: The waterfall is a hidden gem, but the path leading to it can be tricky in places. Be sure to wear sturdy footwear with good grip for the hike down.
River Rafting in Kullu: Please bring extra clothes for the rafting activity, as you will likely get wet. Life jackets and safety equipment will be provided, but it’s important to follow all safety instructions given by the rafting team.
Day 3 – Bijli Mahadev Hike:
The Bijli Mahadev trek involves a gradual ascent through dense pine forests. Be ready for some moderate trekking with steep sections.
The temple sits at a high altitude of 2,460m, so if you’re not accustomed to high altitudes, take your time, stay hydrated, and don’t push yourself too hard.
The 360-degree views from the top are breathtaking, so be sure to carry a camera or phone to capture the stunning scenery.
Day 4 – Parvati Valley Visit:
Manikaran Hot Springs: The hot springs are a sacred and healing spot, but be cautious of the temperature of the water. Don’t stay in too long, and remember to respect the local customs, especially around the temple and gurudwara.
Kasol Market: Known for its relaxed, hippie vibe, you may encounter bustling crowds. Be sure to keep an eye on your belongings, and feel free to explore the quirky shops.
Day 5 – Lahaul Excursion:
Rohtang Pass or Atal Tunnel: These high-altitude passes can get cold and windy, so pack warm clothing. The road conditions can be tricky, so enjoy the ride, but ensure you’re prepared for any sudden weather changes.
Solang Valley: Depending on the season, you may be able to enjoy adventure activities like paragliding, ziplining, or skiing. Activities are optional and at an additional cost.
Day 6 – Sethan & Chikka Hike:
Sethan is a quiet and peaceful village, so take the time to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and disconnect from the hustle of daily life.
The Chikka Hike is a relatively easy trek, but the terrain can be uneven, so wear sturdy, comfortable shoes. The picturesque mountain meadows and riverside views make this a lovely experience.
The first campsite at Chikka is at 3,000m, so if you feel any altitude discomfort, it’s important to take it slow and listen to your body.
Day 7 – Tirthan Valley & Departure:
Jibhi Village in Tirthan Valley is a serene and remote area. Enjoy the lush green landscapes and cedar forests. It’s a great place to relax and reflect on your journey before heading back.
The roads in Tirthan Valley can be narrow and winding, so be prepared for a scenic but somewhat bumpy drive.
General Notes for the Entire Trip:
Meals: While most meals are included, some days may have opportunities for local dining (like the lunch at Jana Waterfall). Always ask the guide for suggestions or recommendations for local eateries, especially for non-vegetarian dishes, which may be served in some areas.
Hydration & Snacks: Keep a water bottle with you at all times. You’ll be doing a fair amount of walking, and staying hydrated is important. Carry some light snacks like energy bars or nuts to keep your energy up during treks and excursions.
Respect Nature: The areas you’ll be visiting are stunning and pristine. Please follow the “leave no trace” principle—pack out all waste, avoid littering, and stay on marked paths during treks.
Personal Comfort: Given the varied activities, it’s important to bring comfortable clothing and footwear. Having a light daypack for personal items during hikes is advisable.
Punctuality: The itinerary is packed, and to ensure we stay on track, it’s important to be on time for departures, meals, and activities.
