Guest Policy – Yaarana Stay & Café
At Yaarana Stay & Café, we are committed to providing a safe, comfortable, and welcoming experience for all our guests. Please read our policies carefully before booking.
Check-in & Check-out: Our standard check-in time is 12:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Booking & Payment: A valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) is mandatory for check-in. To confirm your booking, full advance payment is required. We offer free cancellations if requested at least 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations beyond this period may be subject to charges.
House Rules: To ensure a peaceful stay for all, quiet hours are observed from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas. The use of drugs or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited, and violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Outside food and beverages are not allowed in dormitories.
Café & Common Areas: Our in-house café serves fresh, locally sourced meals, and we encourage guests to support our kitchen instead of ordering from outside. All shared spaces should be kept clean and respected by all guests.
Safety & Security: Yaarana Stay & Café is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Lockers are available for safekeeping, and guests are advised to use them. Any damage to property will be charged at actual repair or replacement costs. Visitors (non-guests) are allowed only in common areas and are not permitted inside dormitories or private rooms.
Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly stay, but pet owners must ensure that their pets do not disturb other guests and must clean up after them.
Group Bookings & Long Stays: We offer special discounts for long-term stays and group bookings. However, prior approval is required for group bookings exceeding eight people.
