Day 1: Mumbai to Delhi – Train Journey Begins
We begin our journey from Mumbai to Delhi by train. Please report to the designated station at least 1 hour before departure to avoid any last-minute rush. It’s the perfect time to meet your fellow travellers, settle in, and get excited for the week ahead!
Overnight Train Travel. Important: Kindly check your train ticket details with our team in advance.
Day 2: Arrive in Delhi and Transfer to Haridwar
Upon arrival in Delhi, we board our private bus and begin the journey to Haridwar. After checking into the hotel and freshening up, we step out to explore the spiritual charm of this holy city. In the evening, we attend the iconic Ganga Aarti at Har Ki Pauri—a magical and moving experience.
Dinner will be early so we can rest well for the next day. Overnight Stay at a hotel in Haridwar.
Day 3: Haridwar to Guptkashi – Scenic Drive & Devprayag Stop
Today, we drive towards Guptkashi, a charming town in the Garhwal Himalayas. En route, we stop at Devprayag, the sacred confluence of the Bhagirathi and Alaknanda rivers that together form the Ganga. It’s a spiritually rich and picturesque spot to pause. After lunch at Srinagar, we continue our journey and aim to reach Guptkashi by evening. Overnight stay in a hotel/guesthouse in Guptkashi.
Day 4: Guptkashi to Kedarnath – The Trek Begins
We start early (around 4:00 AM) and head to Gaurikund via Sonprayag to begin the 16 km trek to Kedarnath. Carry a light daypack with water, snacks, dry fruits, cash, and an extra layer.
Once at Kedarnath, visit the Kedarnath Temple and Bhairav Temple. You may attend the evening or next morning’s Aarti.
For those using Heli Services: Reach the helipad by cab (at own expense), board your flight, complete darshan, and reunite with the group at Kedarnath. Overnight stay in dorms near the temple.
Day 5: Kedarnath to Guptkashi – Return Trek
After a spiritually fulfilling time at Kedarnath, we begin our descent back to Guptkashi. Take it easy—it’s a long but beautiful return journey. Once everyone returns, we regroup in Guptkashi and rest for the night.
Note: If you’ve booked return Heli Service, it should be scheduled for today. Overnight at hotel/guesthouse in Guptkashi.
Day 6: Guptkashi to Rishikesh – Downhill Drive & Riverside Stay
We begin our drive around 8:00 AM, descending from the Himalayas toward Rishikesh. It’s a long travel day, so we take it slow and enjoy the scenic descent. By late evening, we reach Rishikesh and check into our hotel/riverside camps. After settling in, it’s time to unwind after the long ride — enjoy the peaceful river vibes, a cosy bonfire, and a hearty dinner under the stars. If time and energy permit, you can take a walk or a short rickshaw ride to Ram Jhula, one of Rishikesh’s iconic suspension bridges, to enjoy the calm night view.
Note: Keep your bags packed and rest well tonight, as we’ll depart for Delhi at 7am the next morning.
Day 7: Rishikesh to Delhi – Train Back to Mumbai
We check out early in the morning and board our bus back to Delhi. By the afternoon, we reach the railway station and board our 4:30 PM train to Mumbai, bringing an end to a journey filled with divine energy, memories, and new friendships. Overnight Train Travel.
Day 8: Arrive in Mumbai
We reach Mumbai by early morning, officially wrapping up this unforgettable Himalayan journey. Until next time, keep the mountains close to your heart!

Is train travel included in the package??
Ans: Yes, both Mumbai to Delhi and Delhi to Mumbai train tickets are included.
Are meals and stays included?
Ans: Yes, all accommodations and major meals (breakfast and dinner) as mentioned in the itinerary are included.
Is river rafting included?
Ans: No, river rafting in Rishikesh is not part of the itinerary.
Can I attend the Ganga Aarti?
Ans: Yes, Ganga Aarti at Har ki Pauri (Haridwar) is part of the plan. Aarti at Parmarth Niketan (Rishikesh) is optional if time permits.
Are helicopter services available for Kedarnath?
Ans: Yes, optional heli services to or from Kedarnath can be arranged at additional cost.
What’s the trek distance to Kedarnath?
Ans: The trek from Gaurikund to Kedarnath is approximately 16 km.
Is this trek suitable for beginners??
Ans: Yes, it’s a moderate trek and can be done with basic fitness and proper guidance.
Will there be a team travelling with us?
Ans: Yes, our team travels with you from start to finish to assist at every step.
What is the total duration of the trip?
Ans: The trip is 8 days and 7 nights, starting on October 2nd and ending on October 9th.
Is there a deadline to book the trip?
Ans: Yes, we recommend booking the trip at least 3 months to ensure confirmed train tickets. We shall take last minute bookings until Sept 10. Additional Charges will be applied.
How soon should I book the heli service?
Ans: We recommend booking the heli services in advance. Dynamic pricing increases as the travel date gets closer, with charges of 20% for 15-6 days before, 40% for 5-1 day before, and 50% on the day of the journey.
Payment Terms:
- Booking Amount: ₹5,000 per person (Non-refundable) to confirm your slot.
Payment Schedule for Private Bookings:
- 50% of the remaining package price to be paid within 15 days from the booking date.
- The remaining 50% of the balance amount to be paid 15 days before the departure date.
- For Last Minute Bookings: Full Advance Payment is Required
- Payment can be made via UPI, Bank Transfer, or Online Payment Link (details shared upon booking).
Cancellation Terms:
If you cancel the trip:
- More than 30 days before departure: 50% of the total amount will be refunded (excluding booking amount i.e 5,000).
- 15-30 days before departure: 25% of the total amount will be refunded (excluding booking amount i.e 5,000).
- Less than 15 days before departure: No refund applicable.
Fitness & Readiness: The trek to Kedarnath is 16 km one way and moderately challenging. Prepare your body with basic walking or cardio before the trip. Consult a doctor if you have any health concerns.
Weather Essentials: October in the Himalayas can be cold, especially at Kedarnath. Carry thermals, down jackets, gloves, and a raincoat. Layering is key.
Luggage Instructions: Your main backpack should be a rucksack bag. You also need to carry a small day backpack for essentials like snacks, water, cash, and an extra layer during the trek. Rucksack stays at the base location.
Mobile Network: Only BSNL and Jio work in Kedarnath. Carry a power bank and inform family about limited network access during the trek.
Temple Darshan & Aarti: You may attend either the evening or early morning aarti. Be respectful of temple customs—silence and modest clothing are appreciated.
Heli Services: If you’ve booked heli tickets, confirm timings in advance. Weather conditions may cause delays; be mentally prepared for flexibility.
Hydration & Snacks: Keep sipping water throughout the trek. Carry ORS, glucose powder, dry fruits, and energy bars.
ID & Documents: Carry a government-issued photo ID (Aadhar, PAN, Passport, etc.). Keep a photocopy handy at all times.
Group Safety & Discipline: Stay with your group, follow guide instructions, and respect timelines. Group coordination is essential for a smooth experience.
Spiritual Mindset: This journey is as much about inner connection as outer exploration. Stay open-hearted and present—it’s not just a destination, it’s a divine experience.
